Project & Operations Manager (m/f/d)

your area of ​​responsibility

In this position you are responsible for the continuous control and analysis from the purchasing process to delivery. You are in constant contact with our internal and external interfaces, Indian producers and customers (b2b and b2c). In detail this means for us:

You are the heart of our operational processes.
You ensure the daily process flow of our orders. Here you are the interface to our weaving mill in India and organize the transport including customs to the end customer.
You are the contact person for our partners (designers, dealers, hotels), take care of their concerns and provide them with all relevant information.
You react to customer inquiries and complaints. You are our contact on the phone and by email.
You take care of the maintenance of master data and orders in the back office and create statistics, analyzes and reports.
Billing and bookkeeping are your own responsibility.

Maybe you come to us with previous experience in the areas of purchasing, logistics, accounting or you have just finished your studies and gained practical experience in the described area. One thing you are definitely: reliable, precise and service-oriented. You like order and like to communicate in German and English.
